Egyptian pavilion

Custom exhibition stands of between 156 m² & 440 m² at the " MEUBLE" in Paris. "The Furniture Show" Birmingham.

Project Description

Our task was the conception of a joint exhibit as well as various individual exhibition presentations for the Egyptian furniture industry.
Not only the independence of each company but also an uniform country identity should be recognized.
In close cooperation with international interior designers the variable design :
Classical, elegant framework element with installed spotlights was adapted to the requirements of the respective exhibitors.
Various coats of Pain, Fabric Banners, Wall Papered Areas, Curtain Clamps, Provided the desired transparency.
Due to the applied materials the exhibition space become the living room.

The League of the Arab States , Frankfurt Book Fair , November 2004

Challenge

More than 20 states from the Arab League were to be summarized in a single presentation of Arabic culture.
The designs of Dr Yasser Mansour's architectural office envisioned several exhibitions, conference areas and the presentation of individual countries, institutions and centres of culture within the forum of the Frankfurt Book Fair. All of this would take place on an open-air fair ground in a 1.600 m² tent. The point of the "Via mobile" was to illustrate numerous social cultural topics.

Solution

Services were provided in the form of coordinating and organizing stand construction in the run-up to the trade fair to ensure the subsequent production and assembly of the extensive trade fair presentation in only three weeks. 300 book cases, for example, were produced. In order to meet the needs of all participating to constantly coordinate and adjust the planning during the construction phase.
